CHEF’S TABLE “OPEN FIRE COOKING”

Chef Mustafa Otar and his team, consisting students from MSA, invite you to Open Fire Cooking, where they leave modern cooking techniques behind and embark on a flavorful journey of alternative cooking methods in an outdoor cooking setting blended with nature. Cooking techniques using organic materials such as ash, soil, mud, wood, and stone, combined with farm-to-table ingredients, will create a dining experience that takes you back to the roots of taste.

Alongside a special open fire set for the festival, the experience will kick off in the early hours of the day, with the harvest of fresh vegetables and herbs, and special preparation of the meats. This fun process that requires a lot of effort results in a chef’s table with tastes, smells and textures you can’t find elsewhere. In this gastronomic experience, the chef’s menu includes a wide palette of starters, main course and desserts, and takes place in a private venue that is not open to public access with long dining tables. Music will accompany your tasteful journey, where you can feed both your appetite and your soul.
